DECIDE.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Short version: Decide collects nothing.
There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Everything
you create stays on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. Decide has no servers of its own and does not transmit your data
anywhere.
What stays on your device
The app stores the following locally, using Apple's standard on-device
storage. It is never uploaded:
- Your chosen visual style and card template
- Questions you type and the two options you enter in This or That
- Custom answer lists you create
- Your decision history
- Whether you have purchased Unlock Everything
Deleting the app removes all of it. There is no backup on our side to
restore, because there is no our side.
Photos
When you save a result card, Decide asks for add-only access to your photo
library. That permission lets the app write one image. It does not allow Decide
to read, browse, or upload any of your existing photos, and it never does.
Purchases
Unlock Everything is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through
the App Store. Decide never sees your payment details, and Apple does not share
them with us. The app only asks Apple whether the purchase exists on your Apple
Account.
Analytics and advertising
There are none. No third-party SDKs are embedded in the app, no usage data is
measured, and no identifiers are collected for tracking as defined by Apple's
App Tracking Transparency framework.
Children
Decide does not collect personal information from anyone, including children
under 13.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this
page with a new date above.
