Common questions

I bought Unlock Everything but the app still looks locked

Open More → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. A purchase is tied to the account, not to the device.

Is Unlock Everything a subscription?

No. It is a single one-time purchase. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.

The widget shows nothing

Open the app once after installing, then tap the widget. If it stays empty, remove the widget and add it again.

Can I use my own answers?

Yes, with Unlock Everything. Go to More → Answer Lists, create a list, and add at least two answers to it. Then select it — the app, the widget and Siri all draw from the list you picked.

Saving a card asks for photo access

Decide requests add-only access, which lets it write one image and nothing else. If you declined earlier, enable it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Decide. You can also use Share instead, which needs no permission.

Does it work offline?

Entirely. The only time Decide talks to the network is when you buy or restore, and that goes through the App Store.
